Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, you should receive THREE e-mails, one for each step, in order to have a confirmed appointment. Please call if requesting a same day appointment. If you opt out of emails, you will not get a confirmation of your appointment.

1. Please CREATE a log-in on our on-line scheduling system. We highly recommend opting in for emails.
2. Then find a time for your service that works for you and REQUEST an appointment.
3. We will CONFIRM your appointment or contact you if an alternate date/time is necessary.

Please print and complete our Skinology Client Consultation Form and bring to your first appointment or arrive early to complete one of our forms to ensure an on-time start.

In order to serve you better, we have relocated to 2811 Lafave St, West Linn, OR 97068. We are conveniently located 3.8 miles from our previous location and near Mary S. Young Park off Highway 43. You’ll see our sign and have ample parking in front and on the street.
